Here's the deal. Printers like us and distributors like you build trust and loyalty with our reputations. We're an ASI 5 Star supplier and a SAGE A+ supplier for a reason. We don't leave our customers hanging. We want you to know you can count on us for every order.

If we make a mistake on your order, we'll do whatever you ask us to do, to make it right, up to the full cost of the original order, including a rush reprint, or a refund.

If your order is late due to a mistake on the part of the shipper (FedEx, UPS, etc), and you used our shipping services, we'll pursue the shipper for a full refund of the shipping costs and pass 100% on to you.

If your order has a typo or artwork error when it was submitted to us, we'll work with you to find a resolution that doesn't break the bank and keeps your end user satisfied.

If your order was damaged due to shipper when it arrived, and you used our shipping services. We’ll pursue the shipper and reprint what was damaged.
